2. PRE-PAYMENT

A pre-payment is required before orders can be processed if you do not have an account at Rubicon.

3. PAYMENT CURRENCY

Payments may be made in Rands only. We do ship and trade on a worldwide basis.

4. CARD PAYMENT (Debit or Credit)

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and debit cards. Stocked items are shipped the same day, special order items will be processed same day if card details are authorised.

5. CHEQUES AND BANK DRAFTS

Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to Rubicon Electrical & Automation. Products will be dispatched once the funds are verified to be in our account.

6. BANK TRANSFERS (EFT)

Payments by bank transfers / cheque may also be made though this form of payment can cause some delay in the dispatch of orders as confirmation is required from the bank. To avoid delays, please ensure cheque is generated promptly, a copy of the bank transfer details should accompany the order. All bank charges must be prepaid and the total sum paid. Bank details available upon request.

7. ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

Proceed to the downloads tab to download a credit application form in order to open an account with Rubicon Electrical & Automation.
